In this class, we'll go over the foundational Ayurvedic philosophies and ways to incorporate them into your day-to-day cooking at a beautiful culinary breakfast that will keep you cool and calm during the summer months.

During this class, we will learn how to make the following dishes;

  • Cooling Kitchari

  • Broccoli with fresh cheese

  • Taro root fries with cinnamon raisin dressing

  • Avocado and watercress salad with creamy cucumber dressing

  • Coconut papaya smoothie
